Marinated Lamb Kebobs

Background ingredients: Garlic, Potatoes, Spinach, Yogurt, Juice, Spinach, Raw Milk Yogurt,
1 Carton plain yogurt
2Tbls. Lemon juice
2-4 cloves fresh garlic minced
1 Tbls Pandora lamb seasoning
1 Tbls minced fresh mint
Mix all ingredients and marinate with 1 to 2 Lbs Lamb shoulder kebob cuts for 3 hours mixing to keep lamb coated. Just before threading onto skewers, add 2Tbls EVOO to marinating lamb and stir thoroughly to coat all lamb cuts. Alternate lamb with red&green peppers,tomatoes, onion,and yellow squash onto skewers and grill on low flame until tender. Serve with spinach and strawberry salad and flame broiled potatoes.
