Chunky Avacado, Corn & Blackbean Salsa

#10 can diced tomato

6 fresh jalepenos

4 fresh banana peppers

1 just ripe avacado(cubed)

1 8oz can of blackbeans

1 4oz can of sweet corn bits

2 fresh limes(squeeze for juice)

1 larrge bunch of cilantro(leaves)

1 large spanish onion

deseed peppers, rinse beans & corn, peel avacado & cut in small cubes then peel and split onion.... in a food processor pour half of the can of tomatoes, add all the slices of peppers, half of the onion & half of the cilantro leaves and puree---then put aside in large bowl.  in food processor add remaining tomato, onion & lime juice and blend for 15 sec.  Combine processed ingredients.  Then add rinsed blackbeans, cubed avacado & rest of cilantro leaves and stir w/ large spoon.  large batch--yields 30-4oz servings.

I prefer organic, whole wheat tortilla chips, but any will do!
