Veggie Racing at its Best!

Every Summer you'll hear gardeners asking, “What do I do with all these Zucchini?!”

Well if they ask the folks at the Easton Farmers' Market we'll tell ‘em to “carve ‘em up, fit ‘em with some wheels and send them speeding down the track!” That's right, this July we'll be revving up those Zucchini for the 2 nd Annual Zucchini 500. And word on the street is that the “Black Zuke” and the “Zukinator” are returning for another crack at veggie stardom.
